1. Acceptance

Master The Draught is operated by Justin Brunson, a sole proprietor doing business as Master The Draught (the "seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. Educational use

Master The Draught provides study materials and practice questions to help you prepare for the Cicerone® Certification Program exams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Cicerone Certification Program. Passing our practice content does not guarantee a passing score on the official exam.

4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries, handles billing, taxes, refunds, and returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Pro plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account Settings page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions — see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including all study modules, questions, flashcards, software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Justin Brunson and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial study within the plan you have purchased. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, scrape our content, attempt to access other users' data, or redistribute our materials without permission.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@masterthedraught.com.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master The Draught is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
